Civil engineer with experience of drainage design required on a permanent basis for our multi-discipline civil infrastructure design team. Will be working on a variety of major projects.

Requirements

·Degree qualified or equivalent and approaching Chartered status
·Experience of working on multi-discipline projects from inception, through engineering and design to implementation and completion
·Broad and in-depth working knowledge of Microdrainage design packages
·Understanding of flood risk assessment requirements and impact on final design.
·Preference will be shown towards applicants who have experience in: foul drainage design; water course diversions; infrastructure service corridors design; bulk earthworks volumetric calculations and retaining wall design

Responsibilities

* Ensuring the provision of high quality drainage designs
* Working within a multi-discipline team of civil engineers and technicians to complete packages of civil engineering enabling and external works, to meet client specifications.

Managing packages of work to completion and within budget and to programme.
